At ISHPRIT, every product is handcrafted with love and care. We strive to ensure that each order reaches you in perfect condition.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
As most of our products are handmade, personalized, and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges
unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Eligible Return Cases
You may request a return if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Details of the issue
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items reported after the return window
4. Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Replacement Policy
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Customized and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
